3. Medical Emergency or Death

In the unfortunate event of a medical emergency or death, we understand the need for flexibility. In such cases, participants may request to change their enrollment to the next scheduled course date. 4. Rescheduling Process

Failure to attend a scheduled live training or online course without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the course fee. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for no-shows.

In rare cases where Ohio Micropigmentation Center needs to cancel or reschedule a live training or online course, registered participants will be notified promptly. In such instances, participants may choose to attend the rescheduled course.
