Meet our Founder, Elizabeth Crespo

Elizabeth Crespo, the owner and founder of Ohio City  Nails Inc , Ohio City Beauty Studio and Ohio Micropigmentation Center, has dedicated years of life dedicated to helping women and men feel empowered by their beauty whether that be nails, permanent makeup and more. 

At only 15 years old she began her career with nails. She studied and got her nail technician license, cosmetology license and her nail tech instructor license. From the beginning she loved sharing her talents and teaching others.  She’s spent over 20 years perfecting her technique and practicing every new nail trend there was. She worked so tirelessly to open her first business, Ohio City Nails and satisfied hundreds of clients over the years.She continued to grow her talents when she wasn’t doing nails and relentlessly researched what was next. She found the world of permanent makeup and fell in love. 

The thought of a new beginning in the world of beauty to help others feel beautiful and empowered made her feel excited for her next chapter in her successful career. She took many courses and was certified in Microblading, Advanced permanent makeup, removal and so much more. She perfected her talents and soon opened Ohio City Beauty Studio located in her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio.  She’s continuing to study and certify herself in any new course she can find. She currently has 36 certificates in multiple different courses and is still studying for more. She wishes to teach courses for every certificate she has received so far so more people can go on and help people feel beautiful and empowered in their own bodies.

With a background like Elizabeth’s, with over 2 decades in cosmetics, there is no better person to choose to be your teacher. She’s not only very educated in a wide variety of pmu and medical pmu techniques but  will make you laugh with her amazing sense of humor, help make you feel comfortable and like family with her loving personality. Her extensive background in permanent makeup training will guarantee that you're in good hands and will be taught everything you need to know in order to become a great permanent makeup artist.
